Privacy Policy — LoopSound
This policy describes how Camp Cross Labs handles information specifically for LoopSound. For the company-wide privacy policy, see Camp Cross Labs Privacy.
Information we collect
- No account is required and no personal information is collected.
- Sounds you record or import are stored locally on your device.
Permissions we request
- Microphone — only used while you are recording a sound
- Storage / file access — only when you import an audio file
Services we share data with
- None — LoopSound does not share data with third-party services.
How we use information
- To provide the features you use in the app.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To diagnose problems and improve reliability.
No account, no sign-in
LoopSound does not have accounts, sign-in, or cloud sync. There is nothing to log into and nothing for us to associate with you.
Microphone & audio
Microphone access is requested only while you are recording a sound. Recordings — and any audio files you import — are saved locally on your device. They are not uploaded to a server and are not shared with anyone.
Background audio
LoopSound plays audio in the background after you press play. The app does not record or transmit audio in the background.
Retention & deletion
You can delete individual items from inside the app. To delete your account and associated data entirely, see Delete account & data. Some records may persist briefly in backups; those are removed on the usual backup rotation.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@campcrosslabs.com. We do not sell personal information.
Children
LoopSound is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
