Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Camp Cross Labs account and the data associated with it at any time. If you only use one of our apps, the per-app deletion page is the most specific place to start:

From inside the app

Apps that use accounts include an in-app deletion path. In Visit Pal, open Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. LoopSound does not use accounts; uninstalling the app removes all local data.

By email

1. Email support@campcrosslabs.com from the email address tied to your account.
2. Tell us which app (LoopSound, Visit Pal, or both).
3. We will confirm the request, delete your account and associated content, and reply when it is done — typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• LoopSound does not use accounts or cloud storage — your sounds live on your device. Uninstalling the app removes everything; see LoopSound data deletion.
• Visit Pal: your account record (email, display name, password hash, sign-in tokens) and saved conversations and visit notes.

Some records may be retained briefly in backups or where required by law; those are deleted on the usual backup rotation. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play settings before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
