LoopSound support

Need help with LoopSound? Email support@campcrosslabs.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please include:

  • The app name (LoopSound) and version
  • Your device and OS version
  • What you expected vs. what happened
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording if you can

Common issues

  • No sound while the screen is off. Check that your phone is not in silent / Do Not Disturb mode and that media volume is up. LoopSound uses the media volume channel.
  • Recording is silent. Make sure LoopSound has microphone permission in your device settings.
  • Imported file won't play. Most common audio formats are supported; if a file fails, try converting it to MP3 or WAV and importing again.
  • Out of slots. LoopSound holds up to five saved sounds. Delete an existing sound to make room for a new one.
  • Sounds gone after reinstalling. Sounds are stored on your device, not in the cloud. Removing or reinstalling the app clears the saved library.
