What Next Horse is, and is not
Next Horse is a personal organizer for horse shopping. Details shown in the app come from ads and messages you share and are labeled as stated by the seller. Next Horse does not verify, certify, value, or evaluate any horse, and it does not provide veterinary, legal, or financial advice. Automatically extracted details may be incomplete or wrong; review them before saving.
Always do your own due diligence before buying or leasing a horse, including a pre-purchase exam by a veterinarian of your choice and review of registration and ownership papers. Camp Cross Labs is not a party to any sale, lease, or communication between you and a seller.
Your content
Horses, notes, and media you save stay on your device and remain yours. Ads, photos, and videos you save may belong to their owners; save them for your own horse-shopping use and share them only as the owners allow.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Free. Up to three active horses. Viewing a list someone shares with you is always free.
- Buyer is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited horses, comparison, trial notes, PDF shortlists, list sharing, and backups for as long as the app is available.
- Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or annually, that adds client lists and client-ready PDFs for trainers and agents.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown on the App Store and in the app before you buy.
- Auto-renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel Pro in your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Buyer features you purchased separately are not affected.
- Restoring. Use Restore Purchases in the app on a new device signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of Next Horse.
Acceptable use
Don't use Next Horse to harass sellers or others, or to share someone else's contact details or content where you don't have the right to.
Disclaimer of warranties
Next Horse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp Cross Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Next Horse.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or at this URL.
