- Your device and OS version
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Screenshots or a short screen recording if you can
Common issues
- Translation looks wrong or incomplete. AI output can be imperfect. Always confirm important medical information with a qualified professional. Tap "Try again" to regenerate.
- Dictation isn't picking up my voice. Make sure Visit Pal has microphone permission, and try moving to a quieter environment.
- Saved conversations aren't showing. Saved history is a Premium feature. Check your subscription status in the app, or sign in with the email tied to your subscription.
- Spanish output sounds off. Toggle the language setting from the visit screen and regenerate; report persistent issues so we can tune prompts.
