Delete your Visit Pal account & data

You can delete your Visit Pal account and the data associated with it at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app; if you cannot sign in, we can also process the request by email.

From inside the app

Open Visit Pal and sign in.
Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account and the content listed below are removed from our systems.

Cancel any active subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings before deleting your account; account deletion does not cancel a paid subscription on its own.

By email (if you cannot access the app)

From the email address tied to your Visit Pal account, email support@campcrosslabs.com.
In the message, include:
- The app name: Visit Pal
- The email address used to sign in
- (Optional) any other accounts you'd like deleted at the same time
We will confirm the request, delete your account and associated content, and reply when it is done — typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account record (email, display name, password hash, sign-in tokens).
Saved visits and conversations, including any plain-English translations, dictated transcripts, and doctor-ready scripts associated with your account.

What may be retained

Anonymised diagnostic / error records that do not identify you.
Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or active-subscription reasons until those obligations expire.
Encrypted backups, which are overwritten on the normal backup rotation.
